1) CRM Insights Coordinator
Mission (Purpose of the job)
Provide customer’s insights and recommendations with the objective of increase Club Members value.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible of CRM and customer insights analysis
– Define key indicators and methodologies of analysis for developing Market customers insights
– Based on analytical insights and communications campaigns results, define specific needs on identified customers profiles
and provide recommendation
– Recommend tests and actions to activate “Increase” and “Loyalty”
– Define Club Members segmentations for the communication campaigns and recommend personalized activities and messages
– Lead local communication activities analysis and provide methodologies and results
– Work closely with HQ CRM Team and behave as an active member of Nespresso CRM Community
Key Performance Indicators
– CRM main KPIs: coffee sales evolution, average consumption and attrition
– Maximize brand and activation/loyalty campaigns success
– Optimized communication campaigns targeting and test campaigns methodology implementation
– Respect of agreed planning
Knowledge and Professional Skills
Education: Degree in Mathematics / Statistics
Experience:
– Direct Marketing / CRM experience
– 5-7 years experience in data mining related activities (SPSS, SAS or Modeler real knowledge needed)
– Mandatory datamind and/or data extraction experience (SPSS, Modeler)
Skills:
– Experience in customer’s data modeling is a strong asset
– Proven competence in Project Management
– Excellent analytical thinking
– Proactive mindset
– Positive thinking and adaptability
Languages: Good knowledge of English

2) CRM Extraction Analyst
Mission (purpose of the job)
Provide Club Members data, business reporting and customers’ insights to ensure sustainable business.
Responsibilities:
– Data extraction from DB that allows: Analysis & Customer Insights
– Provide regular reporting on coffee & other products sales
– Provide regular reports on consumption and attrition evolution
– Target Club Members for the communication campaigns and specific activation/loyalty campaigns
– Deploy and post-analyse Market test to activate Increase and loyalty
– Provide local communication activities’ analysis, methodologies and results
Key Performance Indicators:
